Mobile Lube Service Vans
Easy to upfit and weather-protected, our mobile lube service vans offer compact versatility, convenience, and fully-customized configurations to keep your business moving every single day.

Benefits of a Custom Mobile Lube Service Van
One of the newest offerings in the mobile lube industry, lube service vans offer unique benefits compared to traditional primary maintenance vehicles. Combine those benefits with the same quality customization options and configurations that we implement across our entire TPL product line, and you end up with a mobile lube solution built exactly for what you need and nothing you don’t.
- Compact – Perfect for navigating sites that require a "not too large, but not too small" vehicle, mobile lube vans are ideal for fleets operating in space-restricted areas such as metro zones and low-clearance bridge routes. Additionally, they do not require a CDL to operate, meaning you do not need a commercial driver to get the job done.
- Weather Protected – The enclosed structure of lube vans makes them an excellent solution for crews working year-round in cold, hot, or wet conditions. They also help maintain optimal oil and grease viscosity, allowing you to service at the right pace regardless of ambient temperatures.
- Multipurpose – In addition to transporting lubricants, these vans provide secure storage for tools, filters, and a variety of other equipment. This makes them the perfect complement for crews that need to do more than just grease fittings and change oil.
- Customizable – Like all our TPL lube trucks, skids, and systems, every van is customized to match your specific business, product, and application needs. While we offer base models to help jumpstart your build, you will not find yourself forced into a one-size-fits-all solution here.

Lube Van Upfit FAQ's
What exactly is a "van upfit"?
"Van upfit" is a term we use to describe our mobile lube service van builds. Because the body of the van already exists (vs how we normally construct a lube body from scratch to meet custom specs), we are technically "upfitting" the van body with internals that meet your lube product and dispensing requirements.
What's the max product capacity I can carry in a lube van?
This will depend on the types of products you need, whether it be new oil, waste oil, or grease. Our team can help you determine what the best options are for your specific application needs.
Do I need to provide my own, or can you source a van for me?
Just like our lube truck offerings, we are more than happy to work with your existing van or help source one for you amongst our tenured vendor partners.
What kind of storage and toolbox options are there?
We offer fully-customized part and tool storage with each of our builds. Choose from TPL-constructed toolboxes or opt for one of the beautiful CTech Manufacturing options. Interior shelf space, compressor placement, and parts storage will all be discussed during your custom build process with one of our experienced team members.
What's the functional difference between a mobile lube service van and a regular non-CDL lube truck?
Compared to traditional non-CDL service trucks, vans offer a fully enclosed option to help shield product and parts from weather and temps. They're also naturally more compact, meaning you can operate in small spaces/sites and carry only the products you need for light-duty maintenance.
Do you offer a warranty on your lube vans?
Yes! All Taylor Pump & Lift trucks have an industry-leading 5-year warranty on all fluid dispensing parts to give you peace of mind. We stand behind the quality of our products and provide ongoing support so you can be sure your mobile lube service van will continue to perform reliably and deliver on your investment.
